Service Fees Schedule For Businesses and other Legal Entities August 2007 Türkiye İş Bankası London Branch

 

We always aim to keep our rates and service charges competitive. We also do our best to make the figures easy to follow so that you can make comparisons.

 

General service charges.

 

In order for us to maintain your account we will charge you an annual service charge of £100 per account that you hold with us.

 

We will not charge you for statements that are sent to you by post on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

 

Where you ask us to produce a duplicate statement we will charge you £10.

 

When we are asked to provide a reference about your firm to another institution a service charge of £25 will apply. We will ask your permission to give such a reference before we give it.

 

When we are asked to provide an Audit confirmation about your firm to your auditors a service charge of £25 will apply. We will ask your permission to give such a confirmation before we give it.

 

Cheque and cheque clearing service charges.

 

For each personalised chequebook (containing 25 cheques) that we issue to you we will charge you £15.

 

We will apply a service charge of £1 per item when you pay a cheque into your account for clearing through the normal clearing system.

 

However, if you ask us to specially present a cheque for payment we will charge you £15 for each cheque.

 

If you pay a cheque into your account and it is subsequently returned as unpaid we will charge you £20 for each returned cheque.

 

If we have to refuse payment on a cheque that you have issued or decline payment of a direct debit or a standing order for any reason we will charge you £20 for each cheque or transaction.

 

If you have issued a cheque and wish to stop payment of the cheque we will charge you £20 for each stopped cheque.

 

If you wish to cancel a blank/unused cheque or chequebook because it has been lost or stolen we will not charge you.

 

If you ask us to issue a banker’s draft or cheque we will charge you £20.

 

Electronic money transfers.

 

We will not charge you for transfers received from within the UK for the credit to your account.

 

For electronic money transfers into your account from outside the UK the following service charges will apply to each transfer.

 

For sums up to £1,000

£5

For sums of £1,001 and over

£10

 

For electronic money transfers and standing orders from your account to a destination within the UK the following service charges will apply to each transfer.

 

For sums up to £500

£5

For sums between £501 &  £10,000

£10

For sums of £10,001 and over

£25

 

For overseas money transfers through or to one of our branches the following service charges will apply to each transfer.

 

For Sterling

1% (min. £15, max. £150)

For US Dollars

1% (min. $30, max. $300)

For Euro

1% (min. €25, max. €250)

 

For overseas money transfers destined for another financial institution an extra £10 (or equivalent) will be added to the service charge mentioned above.

 

We will make a charge of £10 for any enquiries we receive in respect of any payment made in accordance with your instructions whether enquiries are made by you or by any other person. These charges will apply in respect of each electronic payment instruction. The enquiries, which will generate charges, may include the following but are not limited to them: refunds, cancellations, amendments, duplicated services, copies of cleared payments and enquiries about whether the funds have cleared.

 

If the enquiry is a result of an error made by us we will not charge you.

 

Overseas withdrawals from your account.

 

We will not charge you when you withdraw money from your account held with us – via another branch of IsBank or IsBank GMBH - provided the funds have been in your account for more than 15 business days.

 

However, if you withdraw money that has been in your account for less than 15 business days - via another branch of IsBank or IsBank GMBH – we will charge you 1% of the amount withdrawn based on a minimum of £15 and a maximum of £150.

 

Trade finance operations.

 

Export Letters of Credit.

 

Where we provide pre-advice of the letter of credit a service fee of £20 will be applied by us.

 

Where we advise you of a letter of credit without adding our confirmation we will apply a service charge of 0.5 per mille. Our minimum charge will be £60 and our maximum £100.

 

Where we advise you of a letter of credit by adding our confirmation, including acceptances and deferred payment undertakings our service charges are subject to negotiation on a case by case basis.

 

Where we advise you of any amendment to the terms and conditions, including cancellation, of the letter of credit we will apply a service charge of £40. In each case an additional confirmation commission will be charged where a letter of credit is extended or increased.

 

For the payment of a letter of credit we will charge either a service fee of 1.25 per mille or a fee of £60, whichever is the higher per presentation.

 

Where we transfer a letter of credit at your request we will apply either a service charge of 5 per mille or a fee of £100 whichever is the higher.

 

Where a discrepancy is found to exist in the documentation a service fee of £30 will be applied.

 

Import letters of credit.

 

Our service charges applicable to import letters of credit are subject to negotiation on a case-by-case basis.

 

Payment of reimbursement claims.

 

For the payment of a reimbursement claim we will apply a service charge of 0.5 per mille (per payment). Our minimum charge will be £50 and our maximum £75.

 

Reimbursement  undertakings.

 

Our service charges for reimbursement undertakings are subject to negotiation on a case by case basis.

 

Documentary collections (export).

 

When you ask us to send documents for collection on your behalf we will apply a service charge of 1.5 per mille or a fee of £60, whichever is the higher.

 

Documentary collections (import).

 

Where we receive documents for collection we will apply a service charge of 1.5 per mille or a fee of £60, whichever is the higher.

 

Guarantees, Standby LC’s, Acceptances and Avalisations.

 

Where you wish us to issue a guarantee, a standby letter of credit, Acceptance or Avalisation on your behalf our service charges are subject to negotiation on a case-by-case basis.

 

General.

It is important that you are aware that;

·        Our service charges and commissions are not refundable if letters of credit are cancelled or expire.

·        Communication costs may be payable in addition to the service charges above (see below).

·        For each SWIFT message that we send we will charge £20.

·        Courier charges will be applied at cost.
