We currently offer both tracker and standard variable rate repayment mortgages in GBP for finished properties in Turkey. These mortgages are available for a maximum of 75% of the property's valuation with repayment terms up to 15 years. Please note that Isbank Overseas Mortgages are housing loans extended to British (and Irish) residents over the age of 18 for the sole purpose of financing their purchase of property in Turkey.
