Our recruitment process involves the following:

for all applications, including speculative ones, please complete the application form found on this website. If we are recruiting and you are selected for interview, we will arrange a time & place for us to meet. If an advertised job is put on hold or is withdrawn, we will email applicants for that specific post to explain the change in circumstances.
Speculative CVs will be retained on file for no longer than 6 months.
the interview and interview questions will be designed around the role for which you are applying. You will be asked 'criteria based' questions which will help us to assess your skills and aptitude.
if required for the job, we may ask you to come to an assessment at the Branch. We tailor our assessment methods to each role and may use self-assessment tests, verbal & numerical tests.
All job offers are made on the condition that we receive two satisfactory references for you and that you have or will obtain an average score of 6.5 or above in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination.
if you are the successful candidate, then we will make a job offer to you. The offer will specify the salary, benefits & location for the job.
